In june 2020, Capoeira terreiro da Lua donated $2,102 to Black lives matter

Capoeira Terreiro da Lua (TdL) hosts daily classes on Zoom during the global pandemic. In early June 2020, TdL donated an entire week's of contributions to support the Black Lives Matter movement. With the help of matching opportunities, TdL was able to contribute $2,102 to racial justice organizations, including Black Lives Matter Greater NYC.
